Ambassadors

What is a Screen Sanity Ambassador?

Screen Sanity Ambassadors are parents and trusted adults who want to help create healthier digital cultures in the places they already live, work and connect. You might be a parent, teacher, P&C or P&F member, coach, community leader or simply someone who cares deeply about childhood. You don’t need to have all the answers. You simply need to be willing to start the conversation.

Small Actions. Real Impact.

There are lots of ways to be an Ambassador, and you can make the role your own.

You might:

  • Share helpful Screen Sanity resources with other families.
  • Start conversations about digital health in your school or community.
  • Help bring a Screen Sanity Parent Night, workshop or initiative to your area.
  • Connect us with schools, organisations and community groups.
  • Support initiatives like Project Landline.
  • Share campaigns and practical ideas with your networks.
  • Encourage other parents who are navigating the same challenges.

This isn’t about doing everything.

It’s about doing something.

Because small steps, taken together, can create meaningful change.

We’ll Support you along the way.

You won’t be doing it alone.

As a Screen Sanity Ambassador, you’ll have access to practical resources and support to help you confidently start conversations and share Screen Sanity in your community.

We’ll equip you with tools, ideas, shareable content and opportunities to get involved, while connecting you with a growing community of people who care about the same thing you do.

Less pressure. More support. More people moving in the same direction.

Who can become an ambassador?

Parents. Grandparents. Teachers. Coaches. Community leaders. P&C and P&F members. Youth workers. Trusted adults.

There’s no perfect background and no digital-health qualification required.

If you believe kids deserve rich childhoods filled with sleep, play, friendship, family, independence and real-world connection, there’s a place for you here.

You don’t have to change the whole digital world.

You can start right where you are.

Join a growing community of people helping families feel more supported, more confident and less alone as they raise kids in a digital world.

Together, we can create a world where kids are more captivated by life than screens.
