Screen Sanity is a valuable program that is so needed today. Being part of this community discussion was uplifting, encouraging, and very beneficial.
We recently had the team from Screen Sanity present to our school community at St Joachim’s Holland Park. It was an informative, supportive, and thought-provoking session that addressed the challenges of parenting in the digital age. The presentation was carefully designed to educate parents about the impact of excessive screentime on children’s well-being and provided valuable insights into the various aspects of screen usage, including the potential risks and benefits associated with digital devices. Additionally, what made this presentation exceptional was its emphasis on fostering a sense of community and support among our parents. By encouraging open discussions and providing a platform for sharing concerns, our parents felt empowered to address their challenges collectively. This approach was instrumental in helping parents feel more confident in navigating the complexities of raising children in today’s technologically driven world. I wholeheartedly recommend this presentation to other schools as it brings tremendous value and insight into the challenges of parenting in the digital era while fostering a supportive and cohesive community.
