After thousands of conversations with parents and caregivers over the years, we identified a common, resounding request: screentime tips and tools tailored to specific ages and stages of childhood. After all, the tech issues facing the parent of a two-year-old are quite different than the challenges facing the parent of a tween.
That’s why we’re excited to debut our Plugged-in Planners, a series of parent workbooks broken into three different phases of digital childhood: kindy, primary years and middle school years.
As your kids grow and change, these workbooks walk you through the various expectations and challenges of each childhood stage, while offering language you can use to mentor and guide your kids through their online world — whether that consists of Bluey or Snapchat.
The Preschool Plugged-in Planner covers a variety of digital health topics, including the importance of device-free zones, managing screen-related meltdowns and keeping little ones safe online. Screen Sanity meets the reader where they are in the parenting journey, and helps them reflect, prioritise and envision a digital road map for the years ahead.
